Dr. A. A. Azeta

Dr. A. A. Azeta got Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Computer Science from University of Benin, Nigeria from 1989 to 1992 with a second class (hons) upper division. Thereafter, he was admitted to University of Lagos, Nigeria to read Masters in Science (M.Sc) in Computer Science between 1998 and 1999. He has worked as a consultant in so many Information and Communications Technology (ICT) companies in Nigeria, among them is Compumetrics Solutions Limited, a technology research company based at Ikoyi Lagos, between 2001 and 2005. Dr. Azeta Joined Covenant University in 2005. He is Lecturer I in the Department of Computer and Information Sciences, College of Science and Technology. Dr. Azeta got his Ph.D Computer Science in 2012. His current area of research interest are as follows: Dialog systems, Speech processing and assistive technology, e-Education systems, Software Engineering, Mobile Computing and Algorithm Design. He is a member of the Nigerian Computer Society (NCS), and Computer Professional Registration Council of Nigeria (CPN). He has attended and presented papers in conferences. He is married with children.


Dr OMOGBADEGUN, Zacchaeus Oni

 OMOGBADEGUN, Zacchaeus Oni  born 2nd June 1953, holds B.Sc (Hons) Computer Science (University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Nigeria, July 1979), M.Sc Computer Science (University of Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria, June 2003), PhD (Computer Science, Covenant University, Ota, Nigeria, August 2012). He has over thirty years of progressively cognate working experience either as an employee or Information Technology Consultant in bluechip industrial organizations within and outside Nigeria: Mobil Oil Nigeria Ltd (1980-1990), Equitorial Trust Bank (1990-1994), Information Technology Consultant to: Ghana’s Social Security & National Insurance Trust Software Replacement, Accra, Ghana, (1994-1996); Information Technology Consultant [Contract], FAO of the United Nations, Regional Office for Africa, Accra, Ghana ( 06/1997 – 09/1997); Edo State Government of Nigeria’s Ministry of Education (01/1998- 12/1999); Ondo State Government of Nigeria & UNDP (09/2000); and Ekiti State Government of Nigeria’s Ministry of Health (09/2001). Represented his employers in Tanzania, United Kingdom, and Zimbabwe at Software Internationalization Project programmes (1985-1997).

He became Lecturer I (Computer Science) at The Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria (06/2001 – 09/2005); Lecturer II (Computer Science) (10/2005 – 03/2008); and Lecturer I / Healthcare Informatics Researcher (04/2008 – present) in the Department of Computer and Information Sciences, Covenant University, Ota, Nigeria, respectively.
Research interests are Software Engineering, Healthcare / Medical Informatics, Artificial Intelligence, Education Informatics, Neural Networks, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Security, Decision Support Systems, Multimedia Database System, and Information Technology Laws. Publications and international conferences presentations include “Multimedia-based Medicinal Plants Sustainability Management System”, “Security in Healthcare Information Systems”, “Impact of Mobile and Wireless Technologies on Healthcare Delivery Services”, “3G and 4G Technologies’ Framework for Realising Millennium Development Goals in Healthcare in Nigeria”, and “Clinical Decision Diagnosis Support System for Complementary and Alternative Medicine Practitioners in Lifestyle-related Diseases Management”.
PhD Thesis was titled “Development of a Framework for Collaborative Virtual Complementary and Alternative Healthcare Systems”.

He is a Member of the Nigerian Computer Society (NCS), Computer Professional Registration Council of Nigeria (CPN), IEEE, IEEE Societies (EMBS – Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society, Computer Society, and Computational Intelligence Society), and ACM. He is serving as an Advisory Board Member for Women in Technology in Nigeria (WITIN.ORG)


Foluso .E.Ayeni

Foluso .E.Ayeni holds a B.Sc degree in Management Information System from Covenant University, Nigeria in 2012.He is currently on his M.Sc. Program in the same institution where he is a research fellow, web master and Graduate Assistant in the department of Computer and Information Sciences. His research Interest include: E-Health, Knowledge Management, E-Human Resources and Software Engineering


Babafemi O. Odusote

Babafemi O. Odusote is a Computer Science graduate of Covenant University, Nigeria in 2007. He holds a M.Sc. in Computer Science in 2011 from the same institution. He is currently on his Ph.D Program in the same Institution where he is a research fellow and lecturer in the Department of Computer and Information Science. His research interests include: Software Engineering, Mobile Computing, Grid Computing, Cloud Computing, Service-Oriented Computing, e- Learning, e-Commerce


Eweoya Ibukun O

Eweoya Ibukun O. graduated from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Nigeria with B.Tech (Hons.) Computer Science. He proceeded to European University of Lefke, Cyprus for an M.Sc in Computer Engineering. He is on a Ph.D in Computer Science at Covenant University, Ota, where he is a faculty member. His current research areas are: Cryptography and Network Security, Software Engineering and Embedded Systems Security.


Dr. A.A. Oni

Dr. A.A. Oni holds a Ph.D in MIS from Covenant University. A 2013 research scholar at Southern University and A&M College, LA, USA, she has published in reputable journals and contributed chapters in highly referred books. Her research interests are in implementation and adoption of information system in government and business, e-government, e-participation, e-democracy and


Dr N.A Ikhu Omoregbe

Dr N. A. Ikhu-Omoregbe holds a B.Sc degree in Computer Science from the University of Benin, Benin City, a M.Sc. degree in Computer Science from the University of Lagos, and a PhD degree in Computer Science from Covenant University, Ota, Nigeria. His research interests include: Software Engineering, Mobile Computing, Multimedia technologies, Mobile Healthcare and Telemedicine Systems, and Soft Computing. He currently lectures in the Department of Computer and Information Systems, Covenant University, Ota, and has taught at Baden-Wurttemberg Cooperative State University, Heidenheim as a visiting lecturer in the area of e-Health System
